This visa has two options - temporary or permanent visa entry.
Temporary option - Australian business which are unable to recruit local employees are able to do so by sponsoring and overseas worker on a temporary basis up to 4 years with an option to extend. During this period, it is also possible to apply for a permanent visa. This category is not point tested and has no limit on age.
Permanent Option - This type of visa (ENS) allows an employer to recruit a highly skilled overseas worker on a permanent basis whilst they have been on a temporary visa Or apply directly to permanent visa.
