Type of Visas
Skill Migration
This flow of visas includes few categories:
- Skill independent
- Skilled Australian Sponsored
- Skilled state sponsored
- Skilled Regional Sponsored (SIR)
These visas are point tested which combines specific criteria's such as; Age (you must be under 45), English, Qualifications ( which needs to be assessed by the relevant assessing authority), recent work experience and bonus points
Temporary work entry - Sponsorship
This visa has two options - temporary or permanent visa entry
Temporary option - Australian business which are unable to recruit local employees are able to do so by sponsoring and overseas worker on a temporary basis up to 4 years with an option to extend. During this period, it is also possible to apply for a permanent visa. This category is not point tested and has no limit on age.
Also overseas companies can sponsor their employees by establishing a company or a branch in Australia.
Permanent option - This type of visa (ENS) allows an employer to recruit a highly skilled overseas worker on a permanent basis whilst they have been on a temporary visa or apply directly to permanent visa.
Family Stream
The main family categories are:
- Partner (Spouse, De facto or independent which is same sex)
- Fiancé
- Parent
- Child
- Remaining Relative
Business Skills (Provisional & Residence)
Australian business skills migration programme is intended for business people with an overall business history or experience. The criteria is based on your past experience and capabilities as a Business operator.
This category of Visa could be temporary and permanent. You could relocate your business independently or be sponsored by a state/territory
Overseas Students
The requirements for student visa are different from one country to another and also dependent on the courses you wish to undertake in Australia . We will research for you the right studies which will be relevant to your profile and academic history. A permanent resident status can be applied for on the completion of your studies.
Skill Assessment
For the skilled visas you would need to be assessed by the relevant assessing authority per your occupation. Each authority has its own assessing procedures and criteria that has to be met before getting recognition of your skill. A positive assessment result is a compulsory element and significant benefit to include with your visa application.
